FAQ
What happens to animations and transitions?
Animations and transitions are visual effects that only work during a slideshow. In the PDF each slide is flattened to a single static page showing its final state.
Are fonts preserved?
Common fonts are installed on our server. If your presentation uses a rare or custom font, LibreOffice may substitute a similar one. For best results, embed fonts in your PPTX before uploading.
Are speaker notes included?
The current output renders slides only. Speaker notes are not printed in the PDF. We may add an option for this in the future.
Can I convert .odp files?
Yes. LibreOffice natively supports OpenDocument Presentation (.odp), so it converts just as reliably as PowerPoint files.
How many slides can I convert?
There's no slide limit. The 100 MB file-size limit is the only constraint. Most presentations are well under that.
Is my file safe?
Your file is uploaded over HTTPS to our EU server, converted, and automatically deleted within 1 hour. We never read, share, or store your presentations.
