How to use Alarm Clock
- 1. Set the time. Pick an alarm time using the hour and minute dropdowns, or use a quick-set preset.
- 2. Activate the alarm. Press Set Alarm and watch the countdown. Keep the tab open.
- 3. Dismiss when it rings. When the alarm triggers, you will hear a beep and see a visual alert. Press Dismiss to stop it.
FAQ
Will it ring if I switch tabs?
Yes, but the browser tab must remain open. The alarm uses the Web Audio API which works in background tabs.
Can I set multiple alarms?
Currently one alarm at a time is supported. Dismiss or cancel the active alarm to set a new one.
What sound does it play?
It plays a square-wave beep at 880 Hz using the Web Audio API. No external audio files are needed.
