How to use Video to MP3

FAQ
Is the audio quality the same as the source?
MP3 is lossy, so there is some quality loss vs. the original (which may be AAC). At 192 kbps and above, the difference is very hard to hear on typical content.
Can I extract audio without re-encoding?
Not as MP3 — the audio in your video is almost certainly AAC, not MP3. Use our Audio Converter if you want a lossless container change.
Does this work with YouTube videos?
Only if you already have the video file. We don't download from YouTube — that violates their terms of service.
Where are my files processed?
On our EU server. Files are auto-deleted within 1 hour. We don't share or store them.
Why is the upload limit 500 MB?
It's a balance between giving you headroom and keeping the queue moving for everyone.
